Please note – these screen shots are from an iPhone but the process is the same for an iPad.
This is a quick guide (11 Steps) of the screen shots with some areas marked in RED that you should be looking for / selecting or completing correctly with the details we have given you.
STEP 1 – Select ‘Settings’
STEP 2 – Select ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’
STEP 3 – Select ‘Add Account’
STEP 4 – Select ‘Other’
STEP 5 – Select ‘Add Mail Account’
STEP 6 – Complete your details and click next.
STEP 7 – You should see a screen like the one below… you need to scroll down and complete both the incoming and outgoing settings
STEP 8 – INCOMING
STEP 9 – OUTGOING (NOTE you must put you username and password) and Select ‘NEXT’
STEP 10 – If you see this screen… Select ‘Continue’
STEP 11 – Ensure both Mail and Notes are marked green THEN Select ‘Save’ – That’s it, HOWEVER you should look at the next 4 steps and ensure you ‘fetch’ settings are set as you want them.
STEP 1 – Select ‘Settings’
STEP 2 – Select ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’
STEP 3 – Select ‘Fetch New Data’
STEP 4 – Select any one of the 4 options below (as you desire)
